Spring, 2009 - Thomas recently completed his second solo album, Resonance & Resistance, a collection of nine original bass-centric compositions and an instrumental re-imagining of the Paul McCartney classic, “Maybe I’m Amazed.” Resonance & Resistance is the follow up to Thomas’s debut album Then… and Today, a similar collection of bass-driven music. Thomas is also the author of Garage to Gigs: A Musician’s Guide. In this book, Thomas takes musicians through the necessary steps of starting, or joining, bands. These include: finding compatible bandmates, managing auditions, holding effective rehearsals, producing recordings, marketing a band, and, finally, gigging.
